Sound healing has been practiced for thousands of years. It is most known for cultivating a deep sense of relaxation and relieving stress and anxiety. It is also said to help move and release emotions which are stored in the body.

In her sound baths, Donna uses 99.9% crystal quartz singing bowls and koshi chimes which create vibrations that move through the body and change your brain waves, cultivating a deep sense of relaxation and a meditative state. As part of your healing experience, Donna also channels ancient Hebrew prayers through song.
